EXPANDABLE BRAIDED POLYESTER SLEEVING FLAME RETARDANT VERSION
125°C Operating Temperature
WEICO's XFR is a tough, cut resistant, protective oversleeve specially designed for protecting cable assemblies, wire bundles, harnesses and tubing. The open weave construction allows for a wide range of sleeving diameters making it self-fitting over irregular shapes and sizes. It is lightweight and offers extreme flexibility, even at low temperatures. XFR sleeving is not degraded by exposure to most fluid environments including, fuels, oils, salt water, most chemical and common cleaners and solvents. Because of its open weave construction, it will not trap heat or humidity, is rot-free and will not sustain mold growth. In addition, it is abrasion resistant, and self extinguishing. Because it is manufactured from specially formulated flame retardant polyester yarns, UL recognizes it as a VW-1 component.
CHARACTERISTICS:
XFR has an operating temperature of -70°C to +125°C. It is fungus inert and resists abrasion and cut-through.
