DESCRIPTION:
WEICO's RSF sleeving is a tightly woven fiberglass braid, uniformly coated with a highly abrasion resistant silicone rubber. It offers an outstanding combination of high dielectric strength and flexibility through a wide operating temperature range. The construction allows it to conform over components, connections, cables, and oddly shaped objects. It offers high heat and superior electrical characteristics in any application requiring class H insulation, such as appliances, transformers, motors and generators. Applications can also be found in automotive, marine, aircraft, electrical and electronic equipment, environmental control devices and nuclear power plant apparatus.
CHARACTERISTICS:
RSF sleeving has an operating temperature of -70°C to +200°C and maintains excellent flexibility across the entire range. It is easy to form over component connections and cables and is also compatible with all insulating materials.
